Which languages are supported?

The interface and word meanings are available in 22 languages. English is the language you learn.

How do I start learning?

Choose your interface and translation languages, select a topic or word set, then choose a learning mode such as Flashcards, Loop Show, eBook, Matching or Quiz.

Can I learn offline?

Yes. After the required content has downloaded, you can use the downloaded words, images and pronunciation audio offline.

How do I download or update content?

Connect to the internet to download or update available content. Keep the app open with a stable connection until the download finishes.

Why can’t I hear pronunciation?

Turn up your device volume, enable sound in Vocab Studio and check that the required audio has downloaded. Restart the app if needed.

How do I change languages?

Open Settings in Vocab Studio. You can choose the interface language and the language used for word meanings independently.

What does Premium include?

Premium unlocks additional vocabulary content and features. Subscription options and prices are shown in the app before you purchase.

How do I restore purchases?

Open Settings or the Premium screen and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account as the original purchase.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

On your Apple device, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Vocab Studio to manage or cancel it. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

How is progress stored?

Learning activity, streaks and word marks are stored on your device. Topic progress is based on words marked as familiar; distinct practiced words are counted separately.
